Attendees learn from industry experts, hone their leadership and team building skills and collaborate in teams to create innovative solutions to real world problems during the Innovation Challenge.

The State Career Development Conference provides students with the opportunity to experience real life business scenarios through competition and connect to potential employers through networking events and feedback. Experienced industry professionals interact with students in a judged format and students are rewarded for their work at our awards ceremonies.

The International Career Development Conference is the next step for our students who competed at our state conference. Students earn the opportunity to compete with fellow emerging leaders from across the United States and Canada.
